Lizi Avsajanishvili is a soloist with the Bayerisches Staatsballett. She began her ballet training under the guidance of prima ballerina Nina Ananiashvili. She later continued her studies at the Vaganova Ballet Academy, graduating from the class of Professor Ludmila Kovaleva.
After graduation, Lizi joined the Mariinsky Theatre, where she worked under the guidance of Margarita Kullik. She then became a member of Staatsballett Berlin, performing works by choreographers such as Marco Goecke, Christian Spuck, Sharon Eyal, Crystal Pite, and William Forsythe.
Since 2024, she has been dancing with the Bayerisches Staatsballett under the direction of Laurent Hilaire.
