Carlos Quezada is a well known photographer from Mexico specialized in Dance photography in studio and stage.
He began his studies in Classical Dance in the Superior College of Music and Dance of Monterrey and he received a scholarship for the Miami City Ballet to continue his studies there. He decided to leave his professional dance career and focused his knowledge in photography.
He has worked and collaborated officially with numerous prestigious companies such as National Dance Company of Mexico, Ballet of Monterrrey, National Dance Company of Spain, Zürich Ballet, Stuttgart Ballet, Staatsoper Berlin, Het National Ballet, Royal Opera House, Wiener Staatsoper, Nacional Ballet of Cuba, among others, and his work has been published in the international press: The New York Times, Financial Times, Berliner Zeitung, Dance Magazine, Dance Europe, Dance Magazine Japan, El País, El Mundo…
